Gurukul school and Jr College
A government recognized private unaided school, catering to the kids from low income families of Malwani, Malad (W), Mumbai by imparting quality academic education along with ample sports facilities since its establishment in 2004.
Gurukul is run under the trust named Mumbai Education Association (Reg) which is a 12AA and 80G certified institute under the Income Tax Act.

After completing B.Com he joined the corporate sector and worked there for 5 years in middle level management. After resigning from the permanent job, he started Gurukul school in his own residence by shifting his joint family to a rented room. He is born and brought up in the same locality of Malwani, he firmly believes; out of his own experience that “Quality education along with sports skills & technical skills can help the underserved children to improve their standard of living”. He also advocates that Gurukul must focus on “Skills” of the child rather than “Marks”.
